What does it take to be a disciple of Christ? We are to allow only His life to decide our life.
In essence, we can’t allow any of our own life experience, the good or the bad, to dictate our destiny in God, even while we are still in this world. No, only His experience as the Son of His Father in Heaven should define and produce my life as a son of my Heavenly Father.
Individuality recedes quickly as we gaze at His face. For we are to only have one face eventually. That is the face of Christ in the eternal glory of God.
Don’t be deceived. Rid of the worldliness in us, there is the remedy for our carnality as an earthly man. Partake His sufferings and victories, there is the source of our spirituality in God, who is above.
We reap what we sow. The power of His life is the power of God’s spiritual law. Heaven is not far from our earth if we know and use the keys of His Kingdom.
