I feel the Lord wants me to record a dream that I had last Tuesday morning.
The part I remember starts from me being a witness to an argument between two eminent leaders in our recent history, Mao Zhedong and Jiang Jieshi. Chairman Mao was the head of the Chinese Communist Party and one of the founders of PRC, the so-called New China. President Jiang used to be the leader of the National Democratic Party (?). His failure after the civil war against Mao and his army resulted in NDP\’s retreat to Taiwan. He claimed to be a Christian. Evidently for him it was a step he had to take to secure a political marriage. To my impression, he never actually gave up his idea of Confucianism. Regardless of his claim, under his rule China had a lot of wars and corruptions.
Anyway, in the dream, Jiang was speechless before Mao. Obviously he had just lost an argument. Then I was brought to another scene, which is very intriguing. It was like a dream in a dream.
In it, I was one of a crowd of people, who were standing before a platform. On the stage, Jiang was passionately preaching a sermon titled as \”The Glory of God.\” He was quite animated. Somehow, I knew that He was preaching the right thing. However, it seemed to be of little interest to the audience.
But I was drawn to it, so I began to gaze at the face of Jiang. Suddenly I detected a strange thing: Jiang had three eyebrows. In the middle of the normal two eyebrows, another one protruded out. Puzzled, I struggled in the dream for understanding and asked the Lord, \”What is this?\” No answer from Him.
With that, the dream ended.
The next day, as I was driving with a brother, I shared the dream with him. While talking, suddenly the Lord revealed to me that the third eyebrow without an eye is like to have a sound doctrine or a good understanding of God yet have never experienced the reality of it. Interestingly, Jiang’s sermon was about the Glory of God. I had never heard such a thing.
Whether this has to do with my life or not, I have no idea.
