Sunday morning (May 19, 2019) I had some imagery in my mind as we prayed together after the meeting. I saw a large and very regal lion sitting on a stand/pillar. It was not high off the ground, only a few feet.
The lion’s chest and main were broad and proudly pronounced….much like in the image below:
I then saw a snare pole that was extended out to go over the lion’s head. A snare pole is used to grab hold of the head so that you can use the pole to force the head of the animal to the ground. When it got close, the lion animated and gave a ferocious roar. The snare pole was raised and lowered several times as if the attempt to snare the lion was repeated, but without success because of the roar of the lion. End:
Impressions
I do not have a whole lot to add here 🙂 I do see the lion representing a guard of some sort and the enemy making an attempt to wrangle it off of its post. Also interesting that the tool that was being used is actually called a “snare”… relating to the tactics of the enemy trying to catch one “off guard”.
